        Kiryuu Touga, the leader of the Elite of the student council at Ohtori Academy. He is respected by the others and is well known for his playboy advances. However he fell in love with Utena and was surprised to find that she was not like other girls and spurned his advances.
        Kaoru Miki, another Elite and a member of the Fencing Club. Also a genius. Actually he is quite shy and cute; the exact opposite of his twin sister Kozue. He is also the friendliest of the Elites with Utena.
        Arisugawa Juri, another Elite and Team Captain of the Fencing Club. She is an arrogant beauty who is in love with Touga. Only female member of the Elite. She has a sharp tongue and is good at sports.
        Kyouichi, vice president of the student council. Has a fiery temper and a mean streak. He was the former owner of the Rose Bride and always hit Anthy, then Utena defeated him. The rest as we say, is history...
